The horse here is my exercise routine.
I want to blog about it as a form of motivation for myself cos I keep falling of the horse.
It's not like I am overweight or trying to fit into a size 2 dress(my God ! do those people eat?).,I just want to be healthy and maintain a healthy standard..shikena!
I want to put up my routines from time to time when i feel like I am derailing.
So this page is for motivation.
